Cancellation Policy for Trinity CRM

CRM Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel orders for subscription. We strive to make this process as easy as possible for you while also ensuring that our business is not negatively impacted by last-minute cancellations.


Cancellations: If you need to cancel your subscription for application, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service.


No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled subscription without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.


Refunds: If you have already paid for the service and cancel according to our policy, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.


Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will consider exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
